At Anantoi World, we take pride in delivering handcrafted jute and cotton products made by skilled local artisans to your doorstep—whether in India or abroad.

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Additional charges, customs, and import duties may apply as per the destination country's regulations.

Dispatch Timelines

Within India: Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days of order confirmation. Delivery takes 5-8 business days based on your location.

International Orders: Dispatched within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination country’s customs and clearance process.

Note: Delivery delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
All products are handmade by local artisans, so delays may occur during high-demand periods or bulk order processing.
Remote area deliveries may take a bit longer.

Shipping Charges

Domestic: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.

For orders below ₹1499, standard courier charges apply and will be shown during checkout.

International: Charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and location. They will be displayed at checkout.

Bulk orders may have customized shipping based on volume.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures. Parcel Opening video is mandatory.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will support you in resolving issues.

Bulk or Custom Orders

For customized or wholesale orders, delivery timelines will be communicated individually based on requirements.
